The awarded vendormust adhere to all applicable localand state bidding regulations forschool districts in Arkansas. Specifications: Total linear feet: 520' Material: Ornamental steelfencing Height: 6' Design: Flat top rail Finish: Black powder-coated or equivalent weather-resistant coating Installation: Vendor must provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete installation per industry standards. (811 must be called) Requirements: All materials and installationmust meet industry and safetystandards. Include a detailed pricingbreakdown, including materials,labor, and any additional costs. Warranty details for materialsand installation must be provided.Estimated lead time and installation schedule must be included. Bidders must comply with all Arkansas school district purchasing regulations. The Fountain Lake School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the district.
