Bid security in the form of a bid bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bond shall be payable to the EVANSTON TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 202, 1600 Avenue Evanston, IL 60201. No bids shall be withdrawn, cancelled or modified after the time for opening of bids without the Boards consent for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of bid opening. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make an award that in the Boards sole opinion is in the best interest of the District.
