The City of Lancaster Public Works Department is seeking formal proposals for Wastewater line replacement for Griffin Street from Westridge Avenue to Vernon Drive. Scope of Work: The project involves various sewer line installation, line upsizing from six (6)" to eight (8)" and repair services, including the installation of roughly 962 linear feet of sewer main, manhole demolition, sewer reconnections, asphalt repairs, and other associated work. This is a public works project under the jurisdiction of the City of Lancaster, and the selected contractor will be required to adhere to the City's standard details and specifications. o Installing roughly 962 of 8" sewer which will be upsized from the current 6" sewer main. o Reconnection of existing sewer lines and installation of new wastewater services. o Demolition and removal of existing manholes. o Asphalt and utility pavement repair and saw cutting for utility installations. o Installation of manholes, sewer taps, standard clean-out stacks, and sand embedment.
