The City of Lancaster Public Works Department is seeking formal proposals for: Water Main Replacement on Rutgers from Wintergreen to Arcady Lane Water Main Replacement from Dallas Avenue to Stanford. Question Cut Off Date 3/10/2025 02:00:00 PM (CT) Any questions about the project or request for proposal shall be posted under the questions tab of the bid in Ion Wave by or asked at the virtual pre-submittal conference. Any questions or access issues with the electronic bid site should be sent to purchasing@lancaster-tx.com. The City of Lancaster is soliciting Request for Proposals for Water Line Replacement for Rutgers from Wintergreen Rd to Arcady Ln and Dallas Avenue to Stanford Dr. RFP's will be accepted by the City of Lancaster, at the office of the City Purchasing Agent, City Hall Building, 211 N. Henry Street, Lancaster, TX 75146, until the hour as specified below, at which time bids duly delivered and submitted will be considered. Late bids not accepted. Bid opens for submittals 10:00 a.m. February 17, 2025. An optional virtual pre-submittal conference February 27, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. The conference link is available in the e-bid site under activities and in the RFP
