Black & Veatch and Overland Contracting (a subsidiary of Black & Veatch), as the Program Manager and Construction Manager for the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) on behalf of the City of Memphis, is soliciting Request for Bid (RFB) for the Lift Station Rehab Construction Group 3C Scope of Work. Scope of Work: The scope of work for this project includes rehabilitation of five (5) lift stations at various locations. Each lift station has varying amounts and types of rehabilitation needed. The work includes, but is not limited to, electrical equipment replacement, bypass tee installation, complete lift station relocation or replacement, new force main installation, wet well & drywell coating, erosion control, traffic control, and site prep & restoration. Schedule: The allotted time for construction is 365 calendar days. Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goals: SARP10 DBE Participation Goal: DBE minimum 20% (Vendors from the City of Memphis EBO list only) Registration: Firms not already prequalified for construction activity with SARP10 and Firms that prequalified more than one year ago, must submit the following registration information as soon as possible; but no later than March 13, 2025. SARP10 registration is valid for one year from the date of approval and will apply for all related construction contracts, under the SARP10 Program. If the Firm has prequalified with SARP10 in the past year, the Firm is not obligated to reapply.
