Completion Date: Aug. 31, 2025 SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of work is identified on the drawings issued by SEH dated February 14, 2025. The alternat bid item may be include din the contractor’s scope of work if approved by the City after the base and alternate bids are received. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. The partner firm, including principals, project managers and key personnel shall have relevant experience with similar work and shall be competent to perform the services required under this RFP. 2. The work contemplated is professional in nature. It is understood that the firm, acting as an individual, corporation, or other legal entity, is of professional status and is licensed, as appropriate, to perform in the State of Wisconsin and shall be governed by the professional ethics of said professions in its relationship to the Village of Bellevue. 4. The firm shall be financially solvent. The Village reserves the right to request information to determine solvency. 5. The firm shall be responsible for complying with local, state and federal codes, legislation procedures and regulations affecting work in their professional area. 6. The work will be done in coordination with the installation of a new RFID scanner installed by the City’s contractor. General and subcontractors shall attend preconstruction meetings, project progress meetings and pre-installation conferences as required to coordinate the installation of the work by the City’s contractor.
