The company awarded this work will be responsible for the following: Well #10 Pump Repairs and Well Rehab According to the records the current pump is a Grundfos bowl with a 100 HP Hitachi submersible motor set on 340' of 6" drop pipe. The desired design condition of the replacement pumping equipment is to be 650 GPM @ 365' TDH. Below is a step-by-step description of the project. Please fill in all blanks with the associated costs. Include all applicable tax, freight, handling charges, fuel surcharges, etc. 1. Mobilize pump service rig to the job site. Run a two-hour performance test to record current well hydraulic characteristics. Perform the complete removal of the deep well submersible pump. Televise the well using color televising equipment with side view capabilities. Replace the well components and make recommendations for repair and/or rehabilitation for the well itself. Install the approved new submersible well pump and well components (as listed below). Chlorinate the well and pump for disinfection. Run a minimum two-hour performance test while pumping to waste. Collect a series of two safe water samples a minimum of 8 hours apart if the well is rehabilitated or one safe sample if rehabilitation is not performed. Clean up the jobsite and demobilize.
