The Village of Elwood (herein referred to as "Village") is seeking proposals from qualified firms, experienced in the installation and implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems outlined in this Request for Proposal. The Scope of Work covers the Water Meter Replacement Program. The following includes project details and a The target is to begin installation in May of 2025 and complete 100% of the water meter replacements outlined in this RFP by the August 31, 2027.
