ARPA No.: AM-22-0089 The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items: o Construction of a new CMU block headworks shelter, concrete channels and wastewater screen system. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR(s) or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of the United States and the state of Montana in accordance with the the schedule of Montana Prevailing Wage Rates established by the Montana Department of Labor and Industry included in the Project Manual. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Additional Description: Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Pablo Water & Sewer District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Construction Performance Bond and a Construction (Labor and Materials) Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from Montana Department of Natural Resources American Rescue Plan Act or 2021 (ARPA) . Award of the project will be contingent upon receiving funding and award concurrence from Montana Department of Natural Resources American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). Bidders on this work shall be required to comply with Title 40 CFR 33.240 and Executive Order 12138 and Housing Community Development Act (P.O. 93-393).
