Site work and new construction of a civil project in Ronan, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a development; for site work for a development; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project generally consists of the following work: BID SCHEDULE 1: Demolition and disposal of existing Crow Pump Diversion structure and its associated appurtenances; of temporary bypass channel and cofferdam; erosion control measures; excavation and improvements to subgrade; construction of new concrete diversion dam; construction of new pump building; 4 parallel pressurized pipelines; construction of concrete transition structure; supply and installation of electrical and control equipment; construction of streamgage; site reclamation and restoration; and construction of approximately 44-feet of gravity pipeline as indicated in the construction drawings. BID SCHEDULE 2: Construction of approximately 3,653-feet of gravity pipeline beginning as indicated by the boundary line in the construction drawings and terminating at the siphon connection at the downstream construction limits; construction of (2) stormwater retention ponds; reclamation and seeding of disturbed areas; and installation of pipe bollards and/or cattle fencing. Owner intends to award one or more prime contracts for completion of the Work. Bidders have the option of bidding one or both of bid schedules 1 and 2. The estimated magnitude of the project is from $8M to $12M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
