The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract with one qualified source, licensed by the State of Virginia, to provide equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair services, quarterly inspections and emergency services for all Hobart kitchen equipment located in specific dining facilities on the campus of Christopher Newport University, an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with the option to renew for six (6) successive one (1) year periods.
