This notice of qualification is also addressed to contractors already qualified on notice SC-2022, but wishing to add, replace or remove resources to their list of project managers and technical representatives. Contractors on the current list of Qualified Contractors for Complex Works do not need to reapply for qualification if they have no changes to make.
