Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Live Oak, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,500-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.
Scorpio has been selected as the construction manager for the Riveroak Community Center located in Live Oak, FL. You are invited to submit Final Pricing based on the Bid Revisions Set documents. Subcontracts will be awarded based off this submission. It includes the construction of a 8,500 sf addition to the existing nurse education building. Specifications are located on the plans. As of February 20, 2025, the non-mandatory site-walkthrough has been scheduled for Monday February 24, 2025. There are 3 alternates related to renovating the existing building: Remodeling Room 002, Replace the Ceiling in room 005, Remodel Room 009. Alternates listed on the MEP drawings are to reflect this. Trades required include: SITE: selective demolition, sitework, landscaping STRUCTURE: cast-in place concrete, masonry, structural steel, decorative metals SYSTEMS: plumbing, HVAC, electrical SKIN: waterproofing, roofing, insulation, doors, glass & glazing, metal framing & drywall, stucco SURFACES: casework, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring SPECIALTIES: toilet accessories, signage, window treatments The project is scheduled to start in April/May 2025 and reach final completion in 11 months. Site walkthrough day and time TBD.
