Reference Number 0000376897 Job Location: 703 Weld County Road 37, Lochbuie, Colorado 80603 The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: Preconstruction services consisting of design, constructability and value-engineering (VE) reviews of design progress packages, preliminary cost estimate and preliminary critical path method (CPM) schedule. Procurement services consisting of issuing purchase orders or contracts for Owner-selected Reverse Osmosis (RO) Container System, onsite electrical distribution equipment and other Subcontractors or equipment identified for early procurement during the design phase of the Project. Construction of WTP improvements increasing RO treatment capacity by approximately one-million gallons per day (1.0-mgd) of RO permeate consisting of: Installation of a supplemental RO System Container provided by the Owner's selected manufacturer. Installation of new raw water, permeate, and process drain yard piping and interconnections with existing process piping and onsite sanitary sewer system. Upgrades to existing high-service pump station (HSPS) distribution pumps to increase nominal firm capacity to 2,350 gallons per minute (gpm) and total capacity of 3,250 gpm. Upgrades to the onsite electrical service distribution equipment for providing continued service to the existing WTP facilities and Public Works yard, and installing new service to the supplemental RO System Container. Integration of new RO System Container instrumentation and controls (I&C) into the WTP's existing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. Site improvements consisting of miscellaneous demolition and relocation of existing utility services and new site utility connections for service to RO System Container. The CMAR Contract has an expected start date of April 2, 2025, and duration for CMAR services and construction of four hundred eight (408) days to achieve Substantial Completion. Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Intent to Submit: A mandatory Intent to Submit is to be submitted by the Proposer representative to the Project Contact and must be received by email no later than 3:00 p.m. Wednesday February 26, 2025. The representative is to be the Proposer's single point of contact for the receipt of additional documents, notices and addenda regarding the RFQ. Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will total approximately $2.3 million to $2.8 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
