Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bloomington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,115-square-foot library; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 11, 2025, the project was awarded to JE Dunn Construction - Minneapolis but the awarded amount is not available. The Electrical Infrastructure Addition project at Normandale Community College will add a roughly 1,100 GSF addition to the building to house new electrical service entrance for the campus. The project includes relocating utilities to the new location (in coordination with Xcel Energy), and a new building enclosure with roofing, masonry, concrete and new doors. Some site work is needed to allow for access to the new space.
