Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 11, 2025 project not yet awarded.** Project areas are illustrated as attached in this project manual. All associated interior radiuses, intersection turn lane widening, turnouts, and parking areas shall be chipped as detailed in project manual. The proposed projects primarily consist of furnishing materials, labor, and equipment required to chip seal to approximately 36,540 SYs of City Streets. Chip Sealing shall not begin prior July 1, 2025 and shall be completed prior to September 16, 2025. The Contractor shall schedule work to avoid conflicts with community events around July 4, 2025.
