Westside WWTF Centrifuge Replacement Project Questions Due Date: Mar 18th 2025, 5:00 PM PDT Online Portal This Contract provides for the replacement of dewatering Centrifuge No. 1 with a new centrifuge, replacement of sludge storage mixing systems in the two sludge storage tanks, and storage tank piping modifications and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. Integration of the new equipment into the existing treatment facility SCADA system will be done by Jacobs. Engineer's Estimate - $ 3,916,000 The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 352 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. The City of Vancouver in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
