Bids for the renovation project of D128 Libertyville High School Summer 2025 Ceiling & Lighting Renovations located at Libertyville High School in Libertyville, Illinois. The Board of Education, Community High School District 128 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures, and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the School District. All Bidders must comply with Illinois Revised Statutes, 1981, Chapter 48, Section 39s-1 through 39s-12, requiring the payment of prevailing wage rates to all laborers, workmen and mechanics working on publicly-funded projects. If during the time period of work, these rates change, the contractor shall be responsible for additional costs without any change to the contract amount. ** pre bid info : Failure to attend and sign-in at the pre-bid conference and site inspections shall result in the rejection of any bids submitted by those non-attending Contractors. This will be the only time that the Contractors shall be allowed escorted access to the project site.
