PROJECT NO. 43-25-06 BRIDGE DECK REPLACEMENT, WIDENING, AND REHABILITATION OHIO TURNPIKE RAMP OVER OHIO TURNPIKE M.P. 180.3 PROSPECT ROAD OVER OHIO TURNPIKE M.P. 182.1 STATE ROUTE 91 OVER OHIO TURNPIKE M.P. 183.2 SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by the Commission. Prevailing Wage Rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements apply to this Project. The Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Goal applicable to this Project is 12%. Failure to certify a commitment to meet the SBE Goal or failure to satisfactorily demonstrate Good Faith Efforts used to attain SBE participation for this project shall be grounds for the Commission to consider the Bid nonresponsive and may cause the Bid to be rejected. Bids will be received for this Project, which includes the following: Question Deadline 08/15/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The Work to be performed under the Contract for Project No. 43-25-06 consists of widening of M.P. 180.3 and M.P. 182.1 structures, raising bridges to improve vertical clearance, including embankment, excavation, foundations, and minor roadway work; replacement of bridge decks for all 3 structures, parapets, approach slabs, abutment slabs, deck joints, bearings; sealing of constructions joints; drainage adjustment; patching and repair of substructure; concrete weatherproofing; maintenance of traffic; and all other items incidental to the completion of work. All Work is to be performed as per the Plans, Drawings, Specifications, Special Provisions, Technical Specifications, and other Contract Documents for this Project. A Contract will be awarded, if any award be made, to the Bidder determined to have submitted the lowest responsive and responsible Bid for the performance of the Work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive minor irregularities or technical deficiencies.
