Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 105,840-square-foot educational facility.
for 475 Admin Office Building AHU Replacement. Work shall include labor, material, equipment at full turn-key service. Bids will be received for single-prime, mechanical contractor. All proposals shall be lump sum. Site visits after the pre-bid meeting can be scheduled up till 3 days before bid opening. Site visit must be scheduled with project manager. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades. NOTE: The bidders shall identify on its bid proposal the minority business participation it will use on the project. Forms are included within the Proposal Form in the bid documents. Failure to complete these forms is grounds for rejection of the Bid. (GS143-128.2c Effective 1/1/2002) A performance bond and payment bond will be required for 100% of the contract price. Payment will be made based on 95% of monthly estimates and final payments made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduling closing time for the receipt of bids for the period of sixty days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bidders are highly encouraged to obtain a minimum of 10% MWBE participation.
