Site work for a road / highway in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Halifax Urban Greenway Extension & AAA Bikeway Facilities from SMU to Point Pleasant Park. The extension will be from the intersection of Beaufort Ave and Bellevue to Grosebrook Ave, through the Oaks property on the Saint Mary's University (SMU) campus. The second portion of the project will include the development of conceptual and functional design for an active transportation briddge across the CN Rail cut and improved active transportation infrastructure along portions of Pine Hill Drive, Francklyn St., and Point Pleasant Drive, connecting to Point Pleasant Park. TIMELINE: Detailed design is to be completed in spring 2026. Tender and construction timelines may be confirmed fall/late 2025. *Budget to be determined.
