Site work for a water / sewer project in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pockwock Dam Replacement. Scope of work to be defined. TIMELINE: RFP for concept exploration and conceptual design services has been awarded. The goal is to explore in detail the two replacement options: partial, and full to determine which of the two options is the optimal approach. The firm will be responsible for guiding Halifax Water through a detailed decision-making process for selection of the recommended approach, establish the Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), review their information and approval requirements, prepare and execute a plan for AHJ management, and make a recommendation on the methodology for project execution to complete the design and construction. Further update may be available spring 2026, pending completion of conceptual planning and design. *Cost to be determined.
