Renovation of a water / sewer project in Armstrong, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Township of Spallumcheen invites bids for construction of the Work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: Installation of a 100 hp well pump, pitless unit, casing support and other components. Construction of a 5.4 m x 5.4 m facility, including process and electrical rooms. Contractor selection, supply and installation of heat pump and HRV. Mechanical systems to be sealed by a Professional Engineer. Installation of civil piping. Tie-in to existing distribution network. Programming to be completed by the Township's preferred programmer. The Contractor is responsible for providing access and working with the Township's preferred programmer.
