Coon Fork Park Electrical & Data Install Question Deadline 02/28/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Eau Claire County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities in any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Eau Claire County. Eau Claire County is looking for bids to install electrical and data service feeds to serve two camper cabins at Coon Fork County Park. A new 200-amp 120/240 single phase service line will be brought into the camper cabin area in the spring of 2025. Electrical work will consist of installing outdoor rated meter/panel combo on treated backboard and underground conduit/wire installation to each of the camper cabins, future well pump, vault toilet building, and supplying and installation for parking lot light. The successful bidder will need to size the appropriate service panel to accommodate space for the above-mentioned circuits, as well as allowing adequate space for additional camper cabins in the future. All interior wiring of cabins will be completed when buildings are placed on site (done by another certified electrician). The cabins and vault toilet are expected to be moved onto the site in June 2025. The site will then be ready for this electrical work and to be completed between June 15, 2025 and July 15, 2025. Installation of the well will be completed after the electrical infrastructure is installed. The location is at Coon Fork Park located on County Road CF, Augusta WI as specified in this bid. Project site location is located on the day use side of the park, southwest of the dam. Driving from Eau Claire, take US 12 east approximately 22 miles, turn left on County Road CF for 3.9 miles, then turn right into the gravel driveway. The fire numbers assigned to the building sites and those are E 25051 and E 25053 County Road CF, Augusta, with fire number signage visible from County Road CF.
