Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. Prevailing Wages required. OSHA certification required. MBE/WBE 10.4% required. Question Deadline 03/04/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be submitted online Contractors shall be required to comply with all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 S.39M, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
