Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** Last date to submit questions: April 9, 2025, by 12:00 Noon in the procurement portal under Public Town of Barnstable Invitation For Bid The Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works is requesting bids for the following: FY25 HYCC ERV1 & ERV2 REPLACEMENT. The last day to submit questions is 4/9/25 no later than Noon through the Public Question and Answer section of the online portal. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required for the removal and replacement of two HVAC ERV roof mounted units. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the building(s) and ancillary on and off site amenities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and site work and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond required. 5% Bid Bond required. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. OSHA Certification is required. 10.4% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) participation goal required. General bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of General Building Construction. General bids shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. Filed Sub Bidders must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the categories of Acoustic Tile, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 Laws as amended, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to waive any formalities, to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
