No pre-bid meeting will be held. Construction is anticipated to start in May 2025 and work is to be substantially completed by August 1, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the contractors license and bid security complying with Section 48-01.2-05 of the North Dakota Century Code. This separate envelope shall be attached to the outside of the BID envelope. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five (5%) percent of the full amount of the bid, including all alternates, and must be in the form of a bidders bond. The copy of the license or Certificate of Renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State must be enclosed in the required bid bond envelope complying with Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code. Bid submittals which do not comply with the instructions in this advertisement will not be opened or publicly read. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance-Payment Bond. Product substitutions and/or or questions regarding the bidding documents shall be directed to the Architect and must be received in writing or by e-mail on or before four calendar days prior to the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to hold all legitimate bids for a period of Sixty (60) days after the date fixed for the opening thereof. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received, and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
