It is the intention of these specifications and plans to provide and secure the upgrades and improvements to the Field House at Louis Kite Field in the Township of Edgewater Park, Burlington County, New Jersey complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal. The Project generally includes the demolition of the interior walls and finishes and reconstructing the interior walls, exterior door locations and concession window to provide ADA compliant rest room facilities, efficient storage and improved concession area operations while improving building utility systems and equipment.
