Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edgewater Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

All challenges to bid specifications, questions and/or interpretations are to be presented within ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening and must be in writing, email is not acceptable. The Project generally includes: roadway and miscellaneous related improvements to Laurel Street in the City of Beverly, Burlington County, New Jersey complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal. BID SECURITY: Must be in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00), is required and should be made payable to Edgewater Park Township. A Consent Surety Statement and Certification must be submitted. A Certificate of Authority issued by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance must be submitted. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which best appears to be in their best interest. The owner also reserves the right to consider any proposal invalid which considers furnishing said items which do not conform strictly with that specified. If a nonconforming proposal is not discovered at the time of the bid opening, the owner reserves the right to reject said proposal at any time prior to execution of the contracts by them. It is the intention of these Specifications and Plans to provide and secure the construction of the 2024 & 2025 NJDOT Road Improvement Programs, Cherrix Ave & Washington Ave in the Township of Edgewater Park, Burlington County, New Jersey complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal. The proposed work includes a combination of 8" full depth reclamation and milling with subsequent paving, construction of concrete sidewalk, driveways, and curb, construction of perforated pipe, inlet rehabilitation work, and related. Each proposal must state the name and address of the person, firm or corporation interested in the same as a principal. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Municipal Clerk, Township of Edgewater Park, and identified as bid for: "2024 & 2025 NJDOT Road Improvement Programs, Cherrix Ave & Washington Ave" ERI Project #63055 07 & 08. The Township Committee and, its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals.
