Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the site work required to mill, pave and restripe the parking Lot Y2 (base bid). The scope of work for Alternate 1 includes but is not limited to: removal and disposal of existing granite curb, new concrete sidewalk, and the installation of 3 curb ramps. Resorting the disturbed landscaped areas is also included in the scope of work. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Also associated with this project is alternate 1. Alternate 1 consists of the removal and disposal of existing granite curb (approximately 80 LF), the removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk (approximately 800 SF), and the installation of new granite curb (approximately 800 SF), new concrete sidewalk (approximately 800 SF, and the installation of three curb ramps. Restoring the disturbed landscaped areas is also included in the scope of work.
