The Project is generally described as but not limited to; A redevelopment of an existing 5,600 building structure and surrounding lot for a future restaurant. All proposals must comply withthe requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of theState of Alabama and be certified for the type of work forwhich a proposal is submittedAward will be mad only to competent and responsible biddersas mandated by Title 39 of theCode of Alabama. All biddersmust be licensed under Title 34of the Code of Alabama. The bidder is hereby notifiedthat they must provide the information necessary to showevidence to license before anaward is made. The Contractormay include the following information with his bid: Name of Company, Address ofCompany, Telephone Numberof Company, Company ContactPerson, Contractor's Current License Number, Issuing Agency(State and Expiration Date), BidLimit and Classification.
