Purchase ofthe following equipment: o (1) 2024 or Newer Ambulance The project is generally described as but not limitedto the purchase of the above mentioned equipment asdescribed in the bid invitation. All bidders must comply with therequirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the Stateof Alabama and be certified forthe type of work for which a proposal is submitted. Award willbe made only to competent andresponsible bidders as mandated by Title 39 of the Code ofAlabama. All bidders must belicensed under Title 34 of theCode of Alabama. The City of Millbrook, Alabama,hereby notifies all bidders thatit will affirmatively insure thatin any contract entered intothis advertisement, women andminority business enterpriseswill be afforded full opportunityto submit bids in response tothis invitation and will not bediscriminated against on thegrounds of race, color, religion,sex, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City reserves the right toreject any or all proposals andto waive technical errors if, intheir judgment, the best interests of the City will thereby bepromoted.
