The proposed contract requires the completion of 30 free to grow surveys and 3 regeneration surveys totalling approximately 594.5 hectares located in the BCTS Chinook Business area of the Haida Gwaii Natural Resource District. All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.ChinookTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca. Deadline for receiving questions is 11:00 am on March 10, 2025. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to electronically by 2:00 pm on March 13, 2025. If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities. Estimated Contract Duration (12 months) The term of the contract will be from the final signature date on the contract to March 16th, 2026.
