DPS is requesting Bid Solicitations for Flooring Replacement at Childress Area Office located at 1700 Avenue F NW, Childress, Texas, 79201. Flooring Replacement - Base Bid Flooring Replacement - Add Alternate Services to Include: 1. Installation of new LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile. 2. Installation of new rubber base and stair tread rubber bullnose 3. Ensure all work complies with all ADA and TAS 2012 requirements. Scope of work: 1. Install new LVT flooring on the 1st floor as indicated in Appendix 1 (Base bid) 2. Install new Resilient rubber base as necessary. 3. Install new rubber bullnose at stairs. 4. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project. Question Deadline 03/06/2025 at 5:00 PM CT Last day to submit written questions for clarification to DPS
