Site work and paving for a road / highway in Princeton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project will include Road Resurfacing and Related Work Sam Cobb Lane, Princeton, MA approximately 2,350 feet, 18 feet wide. Reclaim 4,700 SY, regrade, resurface, and adjust 22 driveway aprons. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The proposed project consists of the reclaiming and repaving of Sam Cobb Lane in Princeton, MA. The existing road is approximately 2,350 linear feet long and 18 feet wide. Associated with the improvements to the road there are some miscellaneous items that will be clarified in the field with the Princeton Highway Superintendent. It is strongly recommended that prospective bidders attend the optional Pre-Bid Conference with the Highway Superintendent, prior to submitting a bid. Question Deadline 03/03/2025 All questions pertaining to the specifications are to be directed to the Highway Superintendent, by telephone at (978)464-2120 or electronically to highwaydept@town.princeton.ma.us between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. All questions concerning this IFB and requests for interpretation of these documents shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer / OWNER'S representative no less than three (3) business days before the due date for submissions. Written responses will be mailed, faxed or emailed to all bidders on record as having picked up/received the IFB
