Installation of a new intercom system at Macdonald Way Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Estimated Construction Cost: $110,000.00 The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Installation of new intercom system in all the residential units. Work to include removal of the old system after the new system is operational. 3. The construction will be administered using BidDocs construction software paid for by the Awarding Authority or Prime Designer.
