Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC (Developer) is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide design review and complete construction phase services for paving and drainage improvements that will be partially funded by the City of Scottsdale. AZ LOCAL TIME TO: MayoMillerPlans@kimley-horn.com / There will not be a pre-submittal meeting for this solicitation Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLC is seeking a qualified construction manager at risk (CMAR) contractor to provide construction services for the Paving and Drainage Improvements at Mayo Boulevard and Miller Road Alignment project (Project). The Project is approximately 14 acres located on Mayo Boulevard between 73 rd Place and the Miller Road alignment. The construction of this project will involve the use of public funds, and therefore, Title 34 of the Arizona Revised Statutes will be applicable. Generally, this Paving and Drainage project will require cost estimating, value engineering, constructability review, and construction of a portion of the paving and drainage work including but not limited to approximately 14,100 square yards of arterial roadway pavement, 3,200 linear feet of vertical curb and gutter, 1,300 linear feet of 10-foot wide multi-use path, driveways, sidewalk curb ramps, 5,200 linear feet of HDPE storm drain pipe, headwalls, rip-rap inlet/outlet protection, site grading, surveying, and testing. Substantial completion of the project is anticipated on or before September 15, 2025. Kimley-Horn is the engineer preparing the construction plans for the project. Kimley-Horn will obtain the necessary construction document approvals from agencies to support construction efforts. Plan approvals are anticipated forlate April 2025. Hayden Loop 101 Investors LLCintends to procure these services in accordance withArizonaRevised Statute 34-201.
