Renovation of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Victoria University is seeking qualified contractors to replace the AHU in the Victoria College Chapel. Arrange, pay for, and execute with a recognized bonding company, and in accordance with GC 11.2 of the General Conditions, a Bid Bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price. Submit a copy of the Bid Bond with the Tender. Submit with the Tender an agreement to provide a Performance Bond within fifteen days (15) of Tender acceptance. Performance Bond shall be for fifty percent (50%) of the Contract amount including a term covering the Warranty period and any extended Warranty periods specified. Submit with the Tender an agreement to provide a Labour and Material - Payment Bond within fifteen days (15) of Tender acceptance. Labour and Material - Payment Bond shall be for fifty percent (50%) of the Contract amount including a term covering the Warranty period and any extended Warranty periods specified. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
