Downtown Campus Reinvestment Project (Dcrp) Amphitheater Audio Visual and Theatrical lighting System Each Proposal Shall Bein Accordance With Specifications and Instructions Contained Therein. The City of Glendale Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive informalities. Question Deadline 03/10/2025 at 2:00 PM MT The successful Bidder will supply a turnkey system including equipment, labor, installation materials, DSP programming, training, and follow-up support for all systems, as described in this RFP. The system is scheduled to be complete, installed, and operational, by February 14, 2026. Milestone dates will be defined and coordinated between Okland and the awarded bidder. Subsequent to the award of contract the following is a general list of requirements: Initial Bill of Materials Shop drawings to be completed and submitted prior to ordering Bill of Materials Coordination with Electrical Contractor to confirm infrastructure is located correctly Procurement and installation of equipment Performance Testing and System Tuning Training As Built Documentation Refer to Specification sections for complete requirements: 26 55 63 27 40 00
