The City of Glendale (City) is seeking to establish a Job Order Contract (JOC) for indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity for various projects to perform street maintenance activities related to pavement management. Primarily the surface treatment of roadways and parking lots but it may also include ancillary work in the right of way, and within other city owned properties. Street maintenance activities may include, but not limited to, crack seal, asphalt patch, slurry, sealcoats, overlays, milling, striping, and loop detectors. The City has a Pavement Management Program (PMP) that is used to assess the condition of the City's Street network system, which provides recommendations for proper maintenance. Questions pertaining to the RFQ, or selection process should be directed in writing to the Engineering Department by email to Engineering Dept@glendaleaz.com. The City budgets approximately $25 million annually for PMP related work. The selected contractors will be expected to deliver turn-key projects, including all permitting and compliance with regulatory requirements. This JOC will be focused on the maintenance, repair, and construction of work within the public right of way and easements.
