The work in general shall consist of the cleaning of the Stephenville Office Building (Harmon Building) located at 58 Oregon Drive, Stephenville, NL. The contract period is April 1, 2025 March 31, 2026. This contract has an option to renew for a further one-year period at the same terms and conditions by agreement by both parties. 1 The contractor shall have sufficient equipment and supplies on hand at all times, such as service cart, wet and dry vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaners with power nozzles, roller type wringer buckets on casters, buckets, mops, brooms, dustpans, toilet bowl brushes, push brooms, dust mops, splash mops, squeezers, cleaning chemicals, garbage bags, etc. to perform the work. 2. All supplies shall conform to all applicable standards and shall be the most suitable in quality, grade and type for its intended use. Major supplies shall include but are not necessarily limited to: Synthetic non-abrasive natural detergent cleaner Disinfectant, water emulsifying Sweeping compound Furniture polish Wax - high quality floor wax, water emulsifying, slip resistant type with excellent durability. (Johnson no-slip wax or equal). General purpose solvent suitable for particular application. Wax remover compatible with above wax Floor sealer compatible with above wax Plastic garbage bags Glass and metal cleaners.
