Demolition and Installation of New PoolPak at Evelyn Kirrane Aquatics Center Pool in Brookline, MA. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General Bids will only be considered from bidders holding a Certification of Eligibility from the Division of Capital Management and Maintenance in the category of "HVAC" and in a single project amount higher than the amount of the bid. The Project consists of but not limited to: Demolition and Installation of new PoolPak The work of this Contract shall be performed at: Evelyn Kirrane Aquatics Center, located at 60 Tappan St, Brookline, MA 02445. The work is estimated to cost $720,000.00. Description of Work: 1. Removal of existing roof mounted PoolPak unit and associated condensing unit, electrical, and controls. 2. Installation of a new PoolPak unit and associated Dry-Cooler, electrical, and controls. 3. Factory startup and commissioning of new roof mounted equipment and applicable controls. 4. Electrical: Electrically disconnect all mechanical equipment indicated to be removed and provide new power wiring to new mechanical equipment. 5. Contractor shall final clean each work area upon completion and acceptance to the standards and specifications of Owner. 6. All work shall be in strict conformance with all applicable code requirements. 7. Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary forms, paperwork, invoices and documentation to assist the Town of Brookline in attaining any available rebates related to this work from the appropriate utility provider(s). 8. Proposals shall be inclusive of all work for complete installation and operation of equipment herein before described.
