Renovation of an educational facility in Noblesville, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Hamilton County Building Automation Upgrades - This is the first phase of a multi-phase, multi-year project to replace the current HVAC building automation system. This phase will focus on replacing the existing front end, plant equipment, 5 roof top units and 4 air handlers. Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, will receive bids from contractors for the Hamilton County Building Automation Upgrades located at 300 N 17th Street in Noblesville, IN. The Owner intends to enter into one contract with the Contractor that submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid and who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. Question Deadline 03/24/2025 at 3:00 PM ET This is the first phase of a multi-phase, multi-year project to replace the current HVAC building automation system. This phase will focus on replacing the existing front end, plant equipment, 5 roof top units and 4 air handlers. The following scope is anticipated: 1. New open-protocol Niagara platform, including Tridium N4 supervisory hardware and software, two supervisory N4 JACE 9000s, software license and graphical user interface (GUI). 2. New DDC controllers for CHW System and HHW systems 3. Replace immersion well sensors for CHW and HHW systems 4. New DDC controllers for AHU-2, 4, 6 & 11. 5. New DDC controllers for RTU-1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. 6. For each of the AHU and RTU systems included, replace mixed air sensor, return air sensor, discharge air sensor, return air CO2 sensor and safety low limits. 7. Associated programming for the new DDC controllers 8. Integration of the new DDC controllers into the new Niagara platform 9. Supply and install ABB VFD for HHW pump All inquiries shall be directed to GMB via email to Liz Barrett lizb@gmb.com. All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) of the base bid. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax. The bid forms, Form 96, and other required documents related to the bid must be completed, signed and notarized where indicated. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the requirement of State Board of Trustees Resolution No. 2017-4 as it relates to use of apprentices. The owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid. Bids shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from date of Bid Opening.
