Bridgeton River Front Plaza Bulkhead Repair The City of Bridgeton reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive immaterial information. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and name of project on outside and addressed to the City of Bridgeton. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid but no greater than $20,000. Consent of Surety from an approved Surety Company must also be submitted with the Bid. Please be advised that any bidder who fails to submit a "Consent of Surety" with the bid can anticipate that the bid submitted will be automatically rejected.
