Work includes but isn't limited to the demo of the existing pressure washer and installation of a new pressure washer. Removal of existing lift and concrete infill. Removal of existing epoxy walls and floor. Reinstallation of epoxy walls and floors by Dur-A-Flex certified installers as stated in requirements and specification. Replacement of lighting to match existing in current bus wash bay. The awarded firm will provide project management, supervision, scheduling, equipment, labor, materials, freight, taxes, and applicable permits for this project. The Contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This construction project is federally funded and requires compliance with all applicable FTA rules and regulations along with the City of Lancaster, Los Angeles County, and State of California Departments, including but not limited to the Department of Industrial Relations labor codes, rules, and regulations.
