The Work consists of: ORG 301 - WILMER HUTCHINS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - RENOVATION - Project consists of the following: Architect to provide detailed scope of work informing potential bidders what trades would be involved in these projects. 1. Existing gymnasium flooring replacement. 15. Existing sidewalk heaving remediation. 16. Erosion issues, add splash blocks. 17. Roof parapet ladder requires prime & new painting. 18. Remediate leak under existing storefront near stairwell. 19. Clean stained overflow drains at kitchen service yard. 20. Clean stained masonry at dumpster wall. 21. Replace roof access hatch due to damaged latch & hatch door support. 22. Power wash the masonry wall at front wall. 23. Replace the sealant at overflow drain next to mechanical room door. 24. Add concrete stoop at mechanical room door, Knox box & signage.
