Reference Number 0000378081 Description The George Allen Courts Building, constructed in the mid-1960's, incurred an expansion and renovation in 2003. The entire facility has need of new and updated way-finding signage to standardize the appearance and materials throughout the building. This project will ensure that Dallas County employees and citizens can navigate the building with ease and without confusion. All floors of the George Allen building are to receive new directional and way-finding signage, consistent in appearance and materials throughout the facility. The individual signs prescribed for the entire facility are contained in the bid documents, produced by Freese Nichols architects and Focus EGD. This document provides concise details on the appearance, location, and graphics for the individual signs. All prices must be held for at least 120 days.
