Effingham Technology Center Parking Lot Replacement Successful Bidders shall have the sole responsibility of complying with all aspects of existing Prevailing Wage Policies. No bid security will be required for this project. SCOPE A. Provide parts and labor to replace existing metal halide parking lot pole light luminaires with LED. B. The work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Remove/dispose of (23) existing pole mount metal halide luminaires. Proper disposal and/or recycling of removed luminaries is the responsibility of the contractor. 2. Provide/install (23) LED pole mount area/site luminaires. 3. New luminaires will be installed on existing 30ft tall round light poles. Existing electrical service and lighting controls will be used. 4. Provide alternate cost to remove/dispose (51) existing fluorescent bollard lights and replace with new LED bollards. 5. The address is located within Ameren Illinois electric delivery service territory. All efforts or suggestions to take advantage of any available incentives or rebates will be given additional consideration. C. Furnish labor and materials, tools, supervision, and services required to provide a complete operable and acceptable installation. D. All items required to complete the project shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise. E. If a Bidder is unable to comply with any of the following specifications, the Bidder shall submit in writing the reason for noncompliance. Noncompliance with any specification is grounds for rejection of the entire bid. The buyer reserves the right to reject any bid which does not meet these specifications. F. Before submitting a proposal, the contractor shall visit the site of the work and shall carefully examine the work and be fully responsible for achieving the intent of the project. The Lake Land College District Number 517 Board of Trustees will receive sealed bids for 1he Effingham Technology Center Parking Lot Light Replacement. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject all bids or parts of bids.
