ECSD is inviting proposals from qualified, licensed, and experienced proponents with the necessary resources to provide comprehensive boiler testing and inspection services for all division-owned buildings. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, environmentally friendly boiler treatments, system testing, supply of treatments for both boiler and cooling systems, training, and other related maintenance services. ECSD invites proponents to submit proposals in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Request for Standing Offer ("RSO"). The SOA will have an initial term of two (2) years, commencing April 1, 2025, with one (1) possible two (2) year extension options, provided all obligations have been met as determined by ECSD. The total duration of the contract will not exceed four (4) years. ECSD shall in its sole discretion, make the final determination of the acceptability and suitability of proposals submitted.
