The City of Perrysburg (hereinafter referred to as CITY) wishes to enhance safety for pedestrians and bicyclists by extending existing multi use paths and adding pedestrian hybrid beacons at three (3) separate locations. The CITY is now requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) to provide design and consulting services for the creation of construction documents needed to construct the multi-use path and pedestrian hybrid beacons. The intent is to create a full set of construction drawings, including specifications and obtaining all permits needed so that the project can be bid and a Contractor can be selected to perform the work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
